How do I log in to my dashboard?

Selecting any of the buttons or links that take you to the MyPhotoGenie or the HUB AI services will automatically take you to your User Dashboard login page.

How do I create a new project?

Once you’re logged into the Myphotogenie user dashboard you create a new project by going to ‘Projects’ and then clicking the ‘Create new project’ button.

Then use the upload screen to upload your images for modification.

How do I know that my project is ready to download?

You’ll receive an email to let you know that your project is ready to download.

The email will contain a button taking you directly to your user dashboard.

How do I download my project?

Download your completed project by visiting your project list and clicking the ‘Download’ button in the right column.

should you wish to download individual images, you can select ‘Preview’ which will take you into the project detail screen.  Right-click on an individual image and select ‘Save image’ or ‘Open in new tab’.  You can also save your image from the new tab.

How do I request a revision?

Revisions to projects can be requested from your user dashboard.

Go to your project list screen, select ‘Preview’ for the project that requires a revision, and select ‘Request revision’ from the bottom left of the screen.

Then complete the popup to give details of the required revision.

Your project will be reopened and you will receive a new confirmation email when the revision has been completed and your image(s) is ready for download.

How will I know when my revision is ready for download?

You’ll receive an email to notify you that your revision is ready to download.

How do I create or top up my User Wallet balance?

You can topup your User Wallet balance from the left-hand column menu on your user dashboard.

You can also do this during the payment process.
