Stuart Willis, Managing Director

Stuart is Property Marketing Hub’s Managing Director and an award-winning property photographer. Working in the property industry since 1986, Stuart has been everything from Estate Agency Owner to Mortgage Broker, and now shares his knowledge by teaching photography to others.

Stuart loves making every property, regardless of its condition or price, look its very best. He enjoys working with a fantastic team and gets a real buzz from helping agents thrive in such a competitive industry.
In 2024, Stuart was Runner Up Photographer of The Year in the Photography for Real Estate Competition.

In his spare time, Stuart enjoys spending time with his family and watching his two sons play sports, as well as doing CrossFit and playing golf and tennis himself.

Steve King, Partner

Steve has been on the Property Marketing Hub journey since 2018, when the business (My Photo Genie) was launched. Steve loves all things property, and spent 15 years working alongside estate agents as a mortgage broker while running his own team.

For Steve, the best thing about his role is the excitement of working with our clients to a high standard and seeing their projects complete successfully. He is passionate about each project he works on, from small edits to full digital renovations. In 2023, My Photo Genie won The Ewe Move Supplier of the Year award, which was voted for by the 130 Ewe Move franchisees.

Steve is proud that our estate agency marketing has brought great value to our clients. In his spare time, when he’s not taking his daughter, Mia, and son, Max, to and from various activities, Steve enjoys going to the gym and watching Arsenal play.

Laura Riaz, Senior Marketing Manager

Laura joined Property Marketing Hub in January 2025 as our Senior Marketing Manager. Laura brings with her 10 years’ experience in marketing, gained across a variety of industries, including property.
Laura loves the creative flair you can add to property descriptions and the fast-paced nature of the industry. She enjoys seeing hard work turn into measurable results which there is plenty of at Property Marketing Hub.

She is proud of her time working as a freelance marketing consultant, where she worked with big brands like Deliveroo, River Island, TUI, Barclaycard and Robert Dyas. When she’s not working, Laura enjoys spending time with loved ones, including her young son, exploring new places and eating good food.
